Course Overview

Each event will be unique, you (businesses, retailers, managers, security, law enforcement) can apply these basic crowd management guidelines to help be more confident and prepared for your event.  The management of crowds requires good customer service, excellent teamwork, clear communication, cooridination between those responsible for the organisation and those dealing with the crowds face to face.

Delivery: Online or Classroom

Prerequisites: 18yrs +, English Fluency Canadian Language Benchmark Level 5

Assessment: Complete all unit quizzes, assignments and final test, real world scenerios, practice tests throughout.  Passing grade of 80% or above.

Instructor: Certified Instructor Sting Executive Group International, Inc and must possess essential skills instructor training or similar.

Certification: Certificate of Completion issued in two formats - wallet size and document size for framing.  Issued by Sting Executive Group International, Inc.  Certification is valid for 2 years

Length: 2 hours in duration, must complete course within 90 days.  Instant access 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
